(aproximativ 5%). Consumarea lor nu ar trebui sa afecteze foarte mult nivelul
zaharurilor din sange.
** Practic nu este nicio diferenta de IG intre lactatele
din lapte integral si intre cele degresate. Este important sa tineti minte insa
faptul ca produsele lactate (chiar daca au un IG scazut) cresc secretia de
insulina semnificativ.
